TTM 2026 - THRacing Tourenwagen Meisterschaft · HOR - TTM 2026 - R1: Horsma Raceway

You gained 6 places, from P17 to P11, at Horsma Raceway. How did you make so much progress?

Focused more on race pace and initial engineering work on the car rather than qualifying pace for the first round. It was a lot more crucial to understand the characteristics of the Holden's front and rear suspension geometry and fix some pretty severe rear pro-squat issues from my teammates' setups. A proper qualifying effort would've meant dedicating some runs on either the softer M or H1 compounds and the delicate prep work that requires. So instead I leant on my race pace and experience to make up early positions and maintain that for the rest of the race. Likely could've been a top 10 without some mistakes but considering Horsma as the Holden's weak point this was definitely an ok first round result.

A brief review of the race: A good start and early moves for position on the opening laps got me a few places. A few small mistakes throughout the race prevented a higher placing but helped secure a decent place for a track that the Holden is at a disadvantage.

TTM 2026 - THRacing Tourenwagen Meisterschaft · OES - TTM 2026 - R2: Österreichring

There was incident activity around your race at Spielberg. What did you experience, and did the car or your approach change afterwards?

Actually managed to stay out of trouble for this race by getting out in front early. The big lap 1 incident happened behind the lead group and the rest that was witnessed was just lapped cars or cars stopped at the sides of the road. Only the main Side Heart Motorsports team with Adamike and Happykojot ran into some trouble with the Simruina cars, and the worst I had were some brushes with the T5 wall due to the Holden's inconsistent braking.

A brief review of the race: Surprisingly good launch to take the lead on Lap 1. Strategically let Adamike in the sister Side Heart Motorsports team Holden through on Lap 2 to let him take advantage of the H2 tyres. Held a decent pace on the H4 tyres but the pace difference between our Holdens and Florian's Sierra was inevitable. But still happy to have still kept up with Florian for a brief time directly behind him, and ultimately a P2 is a strong result for the team and the Holden group.
