Private League Derivative for TTM at THR =========================== Engine: - Type: Nissan RB26DETT N1 - Configuration: 2.6L inline-6 DOHC 24V with EFI - Aspiration: 2x Garrett T2 NISMO turbo in parallel & ITB intake - Early 1992 ATCC BoP: max. boost 1.3 bar for 1400 kg weight - Interesting fact: Godzilla killed off the Group A era in touring cars Pros: - extremely powerful engine - amazing traction (computer-controlled AWD2) - ATCC-accurate anti-stall witchcraft in the AWD2 controller - low turbo lag thanks to two small turbochargers Cons: - extremely high weight - extremely high tyre wear - aerodynamic understeer - gets passed by Ford on straights due to high friction losses (27%) - front brakes overheat from high weight - no FWD under 50 km/h ___________________________________________ CHANGELOG v11.TTM26 (TTM 2026): 1) rebuilt wheels using TTM 2026 tyre compounds 2) rebuilt brakes 3) rebuilt engine to make 640 hp at 1.3 bar, as per ATCC 1992 with 27% friction loss 4) rebuilt aerodynamics: nose lift, rear downforce, correct drag 5) rebuilt gearboxes from Group A homologation (5 & 6 speed) 6) removed inaccurate driver aids 7) repositioned fuel tank 8) increased the weight to early ATCC 1992 mandated weight for BoP reasons 9) reworked lighting (CSP) 10) reworked dampers by JackCY 11) new bespoke AWD2 Controller by JackCY 12) new dust & damage textures by FMG 13) new colliders.ini (Ground Collider) ___________________________________________ CREDITS 3D Model & Conversion: Greg's Editing Physics: Greg's Editing, Valentin K, JackCY Skins: Greg's Editing, Shin956, TOHIRA official, tomo 427 S/C Damage & Dust Textures: FMG CSP & Lighting: Greg's Editing, Valentin K Derived from the below-linked mod by Greg's Editing: https://www.patreon.com/gregsediting/posts/nissan-r32-jtcc-122764944 Special thanks to Greg's Editing for giving us the permission to create a league derivative of this car for the TTM. We are feeding back our adjustments to him as well. ___________________________________________ The GT-R, reintroduced with the R32 (launched August 1989), made its debut at the opening race of the All Japan Championship in March 1990. In the 4 seasons running up to the last All Japan Championship, held in1993, the GT-R achieved a spectacular record, winning all 29 rounds. This No. 12 Calsonic (“CalsonicKansei” at present) Skyline (K. Hoshino/Masahiko Kageyama) was victorious in 1990 and 1993. RB26DETT engine and electronically controlled torque split 4WD “ATTESA E-TS” made Skyline GT-R R32 one of the most popular models in the line. It won all of 29 Group A touring car races in Japan and took the pole position at every race, which made a significant mark in the motorsport history in Japan. It ran at Total 24 Hours at Spa-Francorchamps, one of the Triple Crown of endurance races, from 1990 to 1992. No. 25, steered by N. Hattori, A. Olofsson and D. Brabham, won the championship in the overall category with the record of the highest speed/longest distance in 1991. R32 also finished 6th in overall category of Group N with the drivers T. Kinoshita, K. O'dorand D. Schoysman.
